Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre award!

A year and a half and three rounds later, we had the chance to attend the Scottish EDGE awards ceremony again and receive the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre award!

A promising biotech company that aimed to change the gluten-free industry convinced the judges in Round 19, securing a Wild Card award. The same company came back in Round 22 asking for once more support from the Scottish EDGE family, and their doors were still open for them!

This time, the scene was symbolically set under the tunes of ‘Bread and Butter’ by The Newbeats, and the award was given by our mentor and innovator herself in the gluten-free industry, Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne!

We are privileged to set new milestones for the upcoming year, having two of the biggest supporters in our journey, Scottish EDGE and IBioIC, by our side. A big shout out to both teams,
